In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund up to 14 days from the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the original box and/or packaging
We unfortunately do not offer refunds for the following:
- Partially completed diamond paintings
- Fully completed diamond paintings
- Custom kits
As a first step, please send us an email to email@example.com by including the following information:
- Your order number that you may find by the confirmation e-mail.
- The full name and e-mail address of the person who placed the order.
Our team will respond to your e-mail within 24 hours.
“You will be responsible to pay by your own the shipping costs for the returned products to the manufacturing facility. We unfortunately cannot reimburse the shipping costs ”
Once your return is received and checked out, we will send you a notification email.
We will also inform you shortly referring the approval or the rejection of your refund.
If you are being approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or to the original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account.
After that, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is being placed.
